Great location for exploring the Pyrenees by the Little Yellow Train. The staff are friendly and attentive and the dining room meals were excellent.

Awful. I stayed at Apart-Hôtel Le Pic de l’Ours and had a very frustrating experience.
The hotel advertises WiFi, but in reality it only works in a small part of the building. As I was there for work, this made my stay unworkable. I contacted reception to explain I needed to leave early, but received no response. When I finally spoke to someone (reception is rarely staffed), a refund was refused despite the misleading information.
The accommodation itself felt tired, with noticeable noise from other rooms — more like student halls of residence than an apartment complex.
Overall, not as advertised and not suitable if you need reliable internet.
